1. General Information
My Daily Bread Ltd operates as an artisan bakery providing handcrafted baked goods. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders must be placed in advance, with payment made via PayPal, credit card or debit card.
  • Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • Payment details will be provided upon order confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their order free of charge by 11:00 AM two days before the scheduled delivery date.
  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after this deadline or for same-day orders.
  • This policy ensures minimal waste, as ingredients are sourced specifically for each order.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • We ship orders twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.
  • Orders placed on Tuesday will be shipped on Friday, while orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Tuesday.
  • Orders placed on any day of the week will be shipped on the next available Tuesday or Friday.
  • The shipping date for gluten-free products will be specified in the product description.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

5. Allergen Information

  • All our food is handmade in our kitchens and may contain traces of allergens.
  • Customers with allergies should contact us before placing an order to discuss any concerns.

6. Liability & Complaints

  • We take great care in preparing and delivering our products. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
  • Complaints must be made in writing via email to info@mydailybread.co.uk with relevant details and images if applicable.
